The first floor features a double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the village and offering a glimpse of the sea, plus a second bedroom with a single bed and an additional pull-out bed that can be used when needed as a second sleeping place. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine.

The most private level of the house features the main double bedroom, with its own private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and direct access to the panoramic terrace.
This is also where you will find one of Kianalea al Mare's most distinctive details: the ceramic table decorated with a compass rose, surrounded by traditional ceramics and overlooking the Strait.

Kianalea al Mare is located on Via Annunziata, in the historic heart of Chianalea and within the restricted traffic zone. The house is arranged over several levels connected by internal stairs and does not have a lift. Before arrival, guests receive all the information they need to reach the property and organise parking and luggage.
